omgosh. I just completed the definitions workout for xtfmax. I am going to be so sore tomorrow. My arms feel like jello and it's hard to hold my phone up, I feel like I will drop it. Even without counting the calories I burned from that exercise (200+) I stayed under my personal goal of no more than 1700 calories a day. Yay. I have had so much water I feel like I'm going to float away but after that workout I feel really thirsty The workout is designed to build lean muscle but I think I will build lean muscle and lose weight. I'm super excited but I wanted to cuss at the lady by the end of it. Now if I could just sleep really good tonight. I haven't been for about a week. Sorry to sound like I am complaining. I'm actually very proud of myself (too braggy?). This is something I would have never thought I could do. But I am amazed with my own strength. I'm actually making myself cry. I am amazed that I could do this. I am going to be a better version of myself. I can do this, we can do this!

    Great job! Remember to take a soak in a hot bath with Epsom salts for the soreness. Someone told me to eat pineapple (for inflammation?). Anti-inflammatory like Ibuphrophen helps me with sore muscles.
