Day 2 - 315.8

last night I did the first exercise in a 90 day thing. It is called xtfmax. It was hardish. I couldn't quiet keep up with the beginner person but the instructor kept saying to keep moving, and to modify it to you. Over all I think I did well. I'm still not sleeping well but I think that might be because of the sunshine in Alaska. We are have uber beautiful weather. I live in a rainforest in Alaska. The temp has been in the high 60's. It is awesome. So I woke up for the fifth time this morning and decide to get up. I went downstairs, did my bathroom things, and weighted myself. I thought that it wouldn't show much because of the workout and extra water I drank. I look down and see 315.8. Yay!!! I woke up in a good mood but this made it a little bit better. I know that most of this is water weight but it is the little victories. I drank all my water, exercised, and resisted temptation at the movies yesterday!!!! Yay. For today I am working 9-5 and then a family barbecue. I'm gonna try and do a hike or walk where ever we go. I'm excited for the barbecue. Now to just get over being tired.
