No Problem

I've been battling cravings and fatigue for the past couple of days. It hasn't been as bad as in the past. A taste here, a taste there. But those little tastes can add up quickly.

I need to make a plan early and stick to it. I've come to realize that weekends are my problem area. Too much spare time on my hands that need to be filled.

So, I'm gonna make myself a weekend journal and plan my day, hour by hour, in advance. Boredom leads to noshing. No boredom, no overeating, no problem.

Got my water, green tea, grilled chicken and apple ready for breakfast. Putting on my workout clothes right away so there's no excuse not to hop onto the elliptical first thing.

Ok...I think I'm ready to tackle the day. How about you? Are you ready? Ok then...let's go SP!

    Tracking my food on and off since I started on SparkPeople has been a real eye opener.

    Weekends are the worst for me. Especially if I don't have something to keep me busy. If I'm idle, I find myself going to the cupboards continously, looking for something to eat -- and I keep going back, as if magically something good is going to appear in there.
