exercising for 2 hours...you might be building muscle and thus the weight gain....
here are a couple of ideas for rally low cal snacks
1/2 cup Daisy 2% Cottage Cheese and a handful of Matchstick carrots, flaxseeds around 75 calories
3 cups of light popcorn (no salt, no butter) about 100 calories. It has protein, minerals and vitamins… and lots of fiber

String Cheese 80 calories, 0 g carbohydrates
Radishes are about as guilt-free as food can get. Each medium-size radish has just 1 calorie and well under half a gram of carb. Nibble on a few
Blueberries... 1/4 cup, which has 20 calories and 5 grams of carb

Wow! You're doing great! Have you ever thought to take in more calories since you are working out so much? I did the same as you at one point and then upped my calories and then all of a sudden broke my plateau and started going down. Plateaus are tough. I'm right there with you on the C25k. I never make it past week 3. Because yes, it gets so hard. I did run/walk a 5k recently though. And was in better shape then I thought! You can do it!
