I started SparkPeople 28 day Bootcamp today.

I received the DVD yesterday and decided I would start the 28 day program today. I thought it would be a good idea to do these exercise sessions first thing in the morning after a cup of coffee and a read of the Spark Coach material.
Did the Short Cardio Blast today. Got a bit uncoordinated at times. I will practice the moves for tomorrow, today so I'm better tomorrow.
