That's My Plan And I'm Sticking To It!

Last night I decided to build my workout into my tracker so that it was already set for each day this week. I don't have to think about working out that day until I look at my tracker and it tells me what to complete. I found that if I didn't plan ahead, I would just skip working out some days. This way, I have already seen the calories I can burn, the minutes I can clock, and how much better I will feel when I finish.

Here is my plan:
Monday: Lower Body Sculpt, Seated Cardio Video
Tuesday: Arm Sculpt, Yogilates Video
Wednesday: Core Workout, Cardio Dance Video
Thursday: Lower Body Sculpt, Cardio Rest Day
Friday: Arm Sculpt, Basic Yoga Video
Saturday: Core Workout, Bootcamp Cardio Video
Sunday: Low Impact Cardio Video

Total Minutes: 316
Total Calories Burned: 1125

Those numbers at the end look pretty darn good. At the end of this week, I will exceed my weekly fitness minute goal AND will almost burn off an entire day of calories! Hello Motivation!!
