Don't Let A Trip Become A Fall

I was really upset the other day when I slipped off my program and was a little naughty over the weekend with more eating and less exercise. One thing that I DID NOT do was allow that little slip and trip to become a full on fall off the wagon. We are all human, we are not perfect and this lifestyle change can be really challenging as our bodies are so well trained to want something worse then what we are giving it.
The best lesson that this taught me is that the best thing to do when you trip is to catch your balance and refuse to fall off the wagon! I weigh in tomorrow morning and I am hoping for a happy number on the scale :)
