I started off this week so strong but now I'm starting to fizzle out.
I'm going to listen to my body and take it easy today. No elliptical but I will take my dog for a 30 minute walk in the park. That, I can do.
I've got my water.
About to head to the store to restock my fresh fruits, veggies and proteins.
