Binge Bounce Back

Yesterday was my twenty-fifth birthday. Throughout the weekend and yesterday, which included birthday celebrations, I was not very good at sticking with my eating plan or exercise regiment.
Saturday I barely drank any water (but didn't drink much else) and honestly didn't eat much. Tom took me to see the new Avengers movie (I absolutely love the HULK) and I got a small package of candy, but not the good kind with dark chocolate, I got Sour Patch Kids which are covered in sugar. I cooked pork for dinner so that part wasn't as bad.
Sunday we went to Tom's parents house to pick up the motorcycle. There is a restaurant near there that we rarely go to because it is far away and a bit expensive. However, since it was almost my birthday, Tom decided to treat me. It is an old church that the owners converted into an Irish-style restaurant, the Holy Grail. I got Guiness marinated steak tips with fresh green beans and rice pilaf. I ate all of the steak and green beans, but told myself not to eat all the rice and I didn't. That night, my mom threw me a birthday BBQ. We had grilled chicken, pasta salad, and tossed salad (the menu was my idea because I didn't want the weekend to be totally awful as far as eating). The real kicker was ending the night with ice cream sundaes.
Yesterday (my actual birthday), a friend took me to Olive Garden for lunch. I am a total carbaholic (pasta, bread, I love it all) and only got the mini spaghetti and had three breadsticks (which is nothing for me haha), but then Tom and I only had ice cream for dinner!!
Long story short, I am taking the rest of this week to get back on track! I did not track hardly anything this weekend because none of it I had prepared so I was unsure of what to track. Today is a new day though! I need to bounce back from this binge and get back in the swing of things.
