starting over

Monday, May 04, 2015

I have to admit I was ready to quit this am after I weighed myself. I knew I had been eating the wrong foods all week but I told myself it was just for a couple of days while I was so busy with the March for babies walk.
well I was up 6 pounds, feel bloated and winded, gained my weight back I lost during lent. It was very discouraging. But then I thought I am NOT ready to give up on me!!!
I will start over again today, tracking and eating right, I am going to spark on, I am worth it! emoticon

Don't look at it as a failure. Just recognize and move forward. I do the same thing on weekends. Seem to be able to follow my plan just fine during the week, then fall off on the weekends, probably because of less structure. Also, what works for me is not thinking of it as starting over. It's just getting back on track.
