Managed another 140 lengths in the pool today so that's another 6 miles this week. I'm hoping the scales will be kind to me tonight when we go for our weigh-in. I know I've had no problems with my food intake & my exercise has been good, the only thing is, as usual, I'm feeling a bit 'bunged up'. It always seems to happen on weigh day. Come Friday night, all is clear again. Strange!
