Making a comeback to SPARK! I need your help! X!

Geez! Did you see those previous pictures? I simply can't believe a whole 2 years has gone by and I'm struggling with the weight thing once again. I'm getting ready to post new pics for the START of a new me. My emotional and mental well-being are in tack. I've really been spoiling myself with all that I can. In fact, I'm over doing it.
I've set my goals, I've created a 12 week chart, I've got videos and exercises all lined up. I have set up 10 min sessions, 20 min session, 30 min sessions and 1 hour sessions. I've saved yoga sessions for those days that I really need to work on recovery.
My daughter did the 21 day Fix and got beautiful results in just a month. She is just a wee thing anyway, but if she can do it and learn how to eat all her favorites with moderation and portions sorted with measuring taking out the guesswork, I want that too. It takes out the guess work, and yet, all I have is time. There is no one to tend to but myself.
This is exciting and a new journey. My first goal is meeting a newer me at my birthdate - May 11. Since that is also Mother's Day weekend, this will be the first step in seeing the new me I'm meant to be.
First, I need to get those beginning pics posted. They will be up soon.

    Good to have a plan. I'm in a similar boat, starting at the same point I was 3 years ago- but I have the knowledge and the ability to make the changes I know will work. Looking forward to seeing how your 21 day kickstart goes!
