I took an R&R weekend. I didn't have anything planned except church. I took naps both days. I still am a little tired and hoping to still take it easy this week.
I did get to the gym tonight for my weekly session with my trainer. One NSV -- he wanted me to do the plank and hold it for at least 60 sec. I made it to 90 seconds!! And I hadn't done a plank for quite awhile.
