good morning team. Thank you all for the beautiful and warm birthday wishes. Love you all.
I started my birthday weekend by going to red Lobster for dinner. yum.....that was a challenge...bc I went on line to check out the menu and calorie for different dishes. did you all know that their Caesars salad is 370 cals...i said WTH...so i decided id take my own salad dressing and get plain salad to save some cals. then i passed on the biscuits that are 160 per biscuit and i used to eat 3 lol with salad before the actual dinner lol which would have been like a that would have put me at 1110 calories and didn't eat dinner yet.. that wasn't going to happen since I already lost 21 pounds. passed on those biscuits too . then i decided to create my own meal..I had two grilled shrimp one shrimp scampi and wild rice and green beans..it was awesome 800 calories for the whole meal and being that I skipped lunch I could do this...then Saturday my hubby took me to Texas road house. for early dinner. I passed on the buns 227 ...I had ribs 6) baked potato and salad again nothing on it and I brought my own dressing...which btw I love. passed on their peanuts that are always on the table. and the moral of the story is that
I Stormy lost "ONE" pound! this weekend with all that good eating
so if you really put your mind to this program you can move that mountain...
lets keep pushing team....
