- eat lots of fruits and veggies
- keep portion sizes small
- eat chicken, fish, and beans; limit red meat
- eat regularly
- drink water
- exercise 1-2 times per day 3-4 days per week
I'm going to make a big batch of veggie soup tomorrow to have on hand for the week.
