MY 10 POUND CHALLENGE

this challenge says to lose 10 pounds but everyone can't do it. And really the challenge is to push yourself to eat better everyday. It's to give it your 100 percent. Lose what you can. Learn from each other. These are some of the reasons we are here, to be healthier and perhaps thinner. Summer is coming, and picnics and BBQ are part of that. It's gonna be dang hard. But we're are here to learn to make better choices when it comes to eating. One day at a time. But this is my thing , IF you're doing good and working hard all week working the program, why would any of us want to mess up in the weekend? For myself, I work harder in the weekend to stay more focused. Ill lose one pound during the week and to gain it back in the weekend? That is crazy. For me, that is not an option. I don't want to keep losing that same pound over and over again. So keep in mind never say you can't. Anything is possible. Never give up. Don't sell yourself short. With that said let's get this week going with a positive though, and that is,
