30 Day Challenges (arm & bum) join me

Today I have started two new workout challenges and invite you all to join me. Most people target the abs because we all want a tighter tummy but we forget some other big areas we should work on. The arms and butt are usually left without getting a proper workout, we just hope our regular workout gets them too but it doesn't! Here are two workouts you can add into your regular workout or do them alone to target the arms and butt.
