One Day at a Time

Wednesday, April 01, 2015

Good Morning all, Hope you all are having a wonderful morning so far. Yesterday, the sun was so nice it was actually up to about 73. So since my son had a baseball game at our local city park, I thought no better time than to exercise. So I got there about 30 minutes early & my daughter and I took us a walk at the track. It was only for about 25 minutes but some is better than nothing. My daughter is about to be 13 & she wants to exercise but I think she loses her motivation when its time to start. lol, I realized I didn't put my weight on over night, so I am taking it One Day at a Time to transform myself into a New Person. Hope you all have a BLESSED day!!

My daughter is all grown now and she tells me all the time how much she appreciated all the exercise we did together when she was a child. She loves exercise and enjoys working on her health. She didn't like it so much when she was young but enjoyed spending time with me. So congrats on spending quality time with your daughter and including a healthy lifestyle. She will thank you in years to come. Be blessed, Alice

25 minutes is a great amount of exercise! Remember, even just 10 minutes makes a difference.

    Good for you! emoticon
