Hello all, I hope you all are having a wonderful morning so far. I pushed myself yesterday. I did a few strengthening exercises got home set down on the couch and I figured I would just watch tv since we had already ate supper. I set there for about 30 minutes, and I thought I'll do some Planks. Well I done those & thought I need to be doing something else. So I went & changed and went for a walk through the Neighborhood. It wasn't a long walk but Hey something is better than Nothing. So lets push ourselves to do a little bit more today. Have a BLESSED day!!!
