Day 11 of NN challenge

Monday, March 23, 2015

I've been distracted lately... it's so easy to forget what I should be doing, as I always seem to play those tapes over in my head, moreso than actually doing the change.

I'm not sure I'm using my new knee brace right. Is it on right? It get's sore in places. The retail outlet is open today, so I think I may see if I can get an appointment for the guy to check it out. AFter all, I'm paying a ton of money and putting lots of time and faith into that brace. It's supposed to be helping!

For the next few days, my focus will be on keeping last week's weight loss. The scale already says I've regained a pound. I'm not surprised because 4 lbs is too big to be real.

Here's to a successful day to all of us in SparkLand!!!

Yeah, I would definitely get it checked. You want to be sure that it fits right. How long will you have to wear it?

You are doing great on the challenge. You just keep going girl! emoticon

Good for you for getting it checked on. You are doing great. Consistency is key- if you are anything like me part of your mind is thinking that was a great week! Isn't it time to celebrate?- just keep saying yep-later.. not now. Of course if you don't have that little voice in your head ..well then I am just crazy...lol... ignore.. just keep it up! emoticon

It is not uncommon for a brace to feel sore in places after you have been wearing it for a few hours.
