Ready to bust this plateau

I'm not sure if there is an upper time limit on plateaus, if I have sailed past that and am now in the realms of 'stagnation' or 'dead end'.

Whatever you call it, my weight has not dropped below 161lbs for almost a year. You may have seen occasional 'Olivianight has lost 1lbs!' updates on my feed. But that was just losing the same couple of pounds that I kept re-gaining, and dropping back down to 161.

Yes, I know muscle is heavy and I have been focusing almost entirely on strength training for several months. But I know in my heart of hearts that even with all the extra muscle my weight should have gone down by now.

So here endeth my plateau or whatever it's classed as. Starting today I am kicking myself into shape and I AM going to make some progress!
