Day 7 of NN challenge

The scale says I've lost 4lb in a week. I'm wise enough to know that wasn't all fat... how much water? I don't know, but it's a loss and it gets me closer to my goal.
I have so much to improve.
But, I still need to give myself credit for what I am doing right: regular cardio and strength, trying my best to get adequate sleep, staying away from chips for a week (and I've added cheese popcorn to that list as that's another binge food for me).
So, with the help and encouragement of the Neon Ninjas, I trudge forward in this challenge... we are not alone in our struggles, and that makes us stronger!!!
