I think I need to switch up my goals this week. But since its early and I have to get one of my kids out the door for school I'll stick with this:

Getting 8 hours of Sleep: Yes
No eating AFTER 6pm (If no special occasions): Yes
Taking stairs whenever possible: Yes
Working out at least 20 minutes a day: Yes


Tuesday 3/17/15

Getting 8 hours of Sleep: Yes
No eating AFTER 6pm (If no special occasions): Nooooooo (Caved to granola bar)
Taking stairs whenever possible: Yes
