Day 4 of the NN challenge

I finally got back on track on day 4... better late that never!

What I did well today
- made a delicious simple salsa and had it for breakfast (3 veggie servings right there)
- planned for a movie outing...I brought a protein bar and water to help keep my hand out of the popcorn bag
- I went on the elliptical for 30 minutes (easily could have skipped that!)
- got lots of Vitamin S --- that's sleep... about nine hours even though it was broken a few times (that happens more often to me than not)
- I actually planned out, in my head, foods eaten rather than eating first, and thinking second
- abstained from alcohol

What could have used some improvement
- I didn't do any strength exercises
- I didn't eat breakfast until a few hours after I woke up (which is very commonplace for me) I'm not really sure if I should be eating within the hour I wake up or not... I figure I'll just have some coffee first and wait until I feel hungry

I'm hoping to make today another good day
