Time to Get Back on Track

A lot has happened over the last 8 months...many ups, many, many downs. Long story short, I got sloppy, lost my focus, started back on old habits, stopped exercising, and gained a lot of weight back. What makes me the most frustrated with myself is, I know exactly what I need to do to lose weight and feel better (I lost 60 lbs already and know what works for me!), but I am having trouble starting back.
My goal is to start back tomorrow. I still have a lot on my plate, lots of stress, but hope I can stay focused. Here's to a new start.
