Golden Phoenix - BL Spring into Shape Challenge

Really looking forward to the next 10 weeks in this challenge group. I started the Beachbody PIYO workout on Monday and plan on continuing for the next 8 weeks and the the final 2 weeks of the challenge I will either be doing TurboFire or returning to the 21 Day fix.
This round I plan on particiapating more by posting daily in the team chat and blogging as much as I can about my journey. I log my food daily on a spreadsheet and track my workouts here on SP. I am hoping to lose 10 lbs this round which will take me to my weight 15 years ago when I was a freshman in college. I can't believe it has been that long since I wish a freshman...it feels like just yesterday. How time flies when you are having fun!
