Staying on track

Friday, March 13, 2015

I haven't been able to post on Spark or track my foods; just crazy busy.
THANK GOD FOR MY SPARK TRACKER!!! emoticon

I am doing very well with healthy food choices and balancing my meals.
I have been exercising every day -at least 15 minutes if that is all I have in the morning and then trying to walk in the afternoons.

I even added in a 1/2 hour at the gym this week 3 days and I am riding the reclining bike. I like it, I have never tried it before. It has been fun to try something different.

I have been trying a few 15 minute yoga videos and got back on my Pilates reformer today!

Of course 5 days a week I do Leslie Sansone's Walk away the pounds; that has made all the difference in the world!

When I write all this down it seems like so much, but it really isn't. I have started slow and build on my routine, always mixing things up so I do not get board.

I know I need to work on my strength, especially my arm and shoulder muscles. They seem to have gone away! emoticon

I love walking and hiking so I am excited for better weather. I thought i would learn how to cross country ski this winter, but it was just too cold. I love being outdoors but anything under 20 degrees is just too cold for me!

Bring on spring! emoticon

Isn't spark a great website. Even when we both have problems we think about the health aspects of what we are doing and come back to the tracker when possible.
