SPRING FEVER ... I have it BAD!!!!
Good Wednesday Evening Walkers!
The warmer temps have me excited to add "Outdoor" Walks to our "Multi Muscle" Walks this week ... are you excited for SPRING too?
If you haven't been on a regular routine to get in Spring Shape ... this is the perfect week to START WALKING!
Just follow this plan for the next few days and it will give you the perfect KICK OFF to a healthy ACTIVE Spring!
Thurs. March 12- Walk Outdoors for 30 minutes! (You can do it in two 15's!)
Fri. March 13- 3 Mile Walk at Home! Add 5 mins. of Core Exercise!
Sat. March 14- Walk Outdoors for 40 minutes! Add 5 mins. of Arm Toning!
Sun. March 15- Rest Day! Count those blessings! You have many!
Mon. March 16- 2 Mile Walk at Home! Add 5 mins. of Leg Toning!
Tues. March 17- Walk Outdoors for 30 mins. Add Core Exercise!
Wed. March 18- 3 Mile Walk at Home DVD - gets all muscles challenged in all directions and range of motion - it's Total Body Fitness!

    I've already been for 2 long walks outside, since the weather has warmed up and melted the ice on the sidewalks. Going for another one today and each day that I possibly can!
    Hope you are able to walk outside too!
