Week 2- not bad, not great but not bad

So here I am at the end of week 2 and though my numbers are not overwhelming I did lose 1.4 lbs. At least it was not a gain emoticon

I have continued to evolve and each week I will get better.
emoticon Will eat even more veggies, less fat,fewer carbs and less salt emoticon

    Good job! It doesn't matter what you lose, but that you lost not gained weight. Take one day at a time and you will do it.
    They say it is better to lose the weight slowly and keep it off, than to lose it fast and gain it all back.

    1.4 in a week is very good. Keep at your program and you will see results.
