March 2015 Goals

My overall goal is to make healthier food choices and be more active. Jan/Feb were hit and miss, but I am going to keep pushing toward consistency in March. I don't expect perfection from myself, only improvement.

1. Track WW points 3xWeekly. Maybe starting out with fewer days will help toward developing this habit.

2. Exercise 3xWeekly (at least 90 min.)

3. 10,000 steps daily

4. 5 Freggies daily

5. Read 3 books

6. Memorize 4 Bible Verses

7. WW meeting weekly

    I would like to share something with you. I track my food every day... I try to know what I am fixing for dinner by mid day... this way I have tracked my breakfast and lunch and I now just how many more calories I can eat for the rest of the day... (points in your case) that makes my life so much easier.. my dinner is pre-planned... I know how many snacks I can have and still stay in range.. I find it very helpful on staying on track...
    Do I always stay under my high end limit??? no but I sure do come close and I stay closer than if I didn't track.. I also give my self a free day ever few weeks.. a day where if hubby wants to take me out or if I want to get together with friends then I don't worry about the calories eaten.. most of the time though because I have been doing this for a long time.. I don't really go over board!! that is so great to realize after all the hard work.. reading all the articles and tracking so many days of meals eaten that my mind automatically pick's the healthier choices... its the drinks that send my calories over board.. LOL a few a month is acceptable.. as long as its not a few a day right?? LOL
