March 6, 2015 - Burr.

Friday, March 06, 2015

Well, I'm still coughing and I've still got a sniffly nose, but I think I feel the symptoms backing off a bit. I haven't tracked my food or water for the past two days, or done any exercise. Frankly I was just too tired. I've mostly been surviving on sprite and toast and whatever the family came up with for dinner. I honestly have no idea how it's going to affect my progress, but hopefully the damage won't be too severe, haha.

I'm gonna keep trying to rest up today as I am scheduled for work tomorrow. I don't know how I'll be feeling but hopefully well enough to survive a day out. It would be great if the runny nose was mostly gone by then!

Hope you're all doing really well this week!

I'm taking medicine that I got from the store that has an antihistamine and a decongestant, and that takes away my runny nose. I've had a cold for a long time, four months so far! I was using something like the original formula for Alka Seltzer Plus, but it has so much sodium. So I found a medicine that has the two drugs, without the sodium and without the aspirin. Anyway, I think you should maybe find something so that you can function a little better. Because not eating is dangerous! Going to the store is dangerous too. To be honest, I fell down on my knees the last time I went, I was so woozy! It was painful. I hope no one was looking, that is so embarrassing. emoticon

You should at least try to move a little bit. I know being tired makes it hard, but if you have to get up for anything just take a few extra steps around the house. Or stretch while your in bed or on the couch. Don't over do it though! Get well soon!
