Good Wednesday Evening Everybody!
Sorry so late to post our Walk Plan ... I started watching The Voice ... and well ... you know ... I just started singing every song!!
Ok back to WALK .... I am excited to plan the next 7 days ... there's nothing in the way (holidays, b-days, etc.) to interrupt a good strong run of healthy miles ... so let's get to it!
...Thursday, March 5 - Strength Train - The Core, Upper & Lower Body!
Friday, March 6 - 2 Miles early in the day!
(****Try a SUPER challenge -Add an extra mile later in the day!)
Saturday, March 7 - 2 Miles!
Sunday, March 8 - LONGER DAY LIGHT for those of us in Daylight Saving time - YAY! Rest Day!
Monday, March 9 - 2 Miles early in the day!

Tuesday, March 10 - Strength Train - The Core, Upper & Lower Body
Wednesday, March 11 - 2 Miles!
I know, I know ... I just LOVE 2 Mile Walks! It's my favorite amount of exercise! Not too little ... not too much ... Just Right!

-Walk It Off in 30 Days! (also has Upper & Lower Body Strength)
-Belly Buns & Thighs Slim Down
