I have been doing a lot the past month. I started working and joined a new gym that offers classes. So far I like going to the Zumba Classes. I've tried the Hip Hop class as well and it is fun too. I also enjoy the water aerobics Aqua Zumba. I will start my online course next Monday. I need to plan my meals better and be more consistent in that area. That being said I need to work on prepping my meals and snacks ahead of time. I think Monday or Tuesday would be a good day for me to do that. Also, I need to work on drinking more water every day. I hope everyone is doing well!
