out of kilter......

It's been ten days since I've exercised and with each day I feel better.
I've also done some research here at Sparks about what poses would be good for me. One is a glorified reach over and touch my toes with spread eagle legs. And I can tell you that my body is not ready for it. So I went ahead and accepted an invitation to go out of town this weekend, and then start my exercise program slowly, the way that I did last October. I'll leave the most recent class to the last, and see if I can regain some strength. In the meanwhile, I'll check with a couple of instructors to see what they have to say. I agree: holding the poses as long as I did on a week ago Wednesday is not yet something that I can do. I need to go back to seconds.
