Cabin fever everybody?
Join me in a 7 DAY - Quick & Easy WALK at HOME Plan!
You will FEEL so much better!
Thursday Feb. 26 - 1 Mile in the AM & 1 Mile in the PM
(2 a day WALKS are a BIG way to surge metabolism!)
Friday Feb. 27 - 2 FAST Miles - just BURN those cals!
Saturday Feb. 28 - 5 Miles! Enough said!
Sunday MARCH MARCH MARCH 1st!!! Do I hear an AMEN for March? RECOVERY DAY! No structured exercise!
Monday March 2 - 1 Mile in the AM & 1 Mile in the PM!
Tuesday March 3 - 1 Mile before breakfast, 1 Mile before lunch, 1 mile before Dinner "OR" do all 3 at once!
Wednesday March 4 - Well why not? Let's go for 4 on the 4th!!!
Try for 2 Miles of circuits with Bands or light weights and 2 Miles of just pure FAST WALKING!
Our "oldies but goodies"-
-The BIG BURN - 2 Miles of Walk & Jog!
-5K with a Twist - 3.1 Miles - it's GOOD!!!
-Burn Body Fat - A 1, 2 & 3 Mile Walk - 6 MILES of Burn!
