I did it.

I got 20 minutes in at the gym today after work! 15 minutes on the ellipticals, 1 minute on the Jacob's Ladder, and 4 minutes on the rope trainer. I feel amazing. I hope that I can get more time in after work in the future.

    GREAT JOB!! Sometimes it just takes getting started. I had to give up my gym membership for financial reasons (and I really miss it now), but I have found other ways to get exercise in. I'm not as good as I was when I was going to the gym, but I'm trying to look at it as baby steps. Keep up the good work and remember that great feeling you had once you were done!! emoticon
