I am back on track and ready to go. I had a horrible week full of disappointment, depression, and irritation but I used that to get my workout and get my fat burning oven going. I sometimes feel like the people on the biggest loser at the last chance work out. I sweat, can't breathe, and my throat gets super dry. I take a quick break, drink some water, and catch my breath then back to the ole drawing board. I'm going to get this weight off one way or another.
So sorry you have these things in your life right now. I believe they either make us stronger or destroy us. Sounds like you are getting stronger. Congrats that you are getting back up and moving forward even in the face of all that is happening right now. You are a strong woman. Remember I am cheering you on and God loves you so much. Go to YouTube and see Doug McGuff M.D. on "Body by Science" as he teaches us women how to do super slow muscle building exercises. He says we can do it in as little as 12 minutes and build muscle that helps burn fat. Since we lose muscle when we get past 35, it makes sense that building more helps. 1736 days ago
