WAKE UP & WALK my friends! HAPPY THURSDAY Feb. 19th!!! WOW - February is just speeding by ... if winter is going slow for you ...get on a healthy WALKING PLAN and life just seems to fill up ... in a good way! Here is what I will be doing for the next 7 days ... who is with me?
7 DAY WALK PLAN!
Today - Walk 3 Miles (or with a Step Counter do 6,000 steps in one session)
...Friday Feb. 20 - Walk 1 Mile & Strength Train ABS!
Saturday Feb. 21 - GO BIG - Walk 5 Really BIG Miles!
Sunday Feb. 22 - REST! Everyone say this with me ..."The REST of my Life ... will be the BEST of my life!"
Monday Feb. 23 - Walk 3 Miles (or 45 minutes)
Tuesday Feb 24 - Strength Training from head to toe! Upper body, lower body, mid section (core)!
Wednesday Feb. 25 - 2 FAST Miles! Try for 2 Miles at 30 minutes or LESS!
- Walk to the Hits - Party Songs (IT's a FUN & sweaty 3 Mile!)
- Belly Blasting Walk (2 Mile Walk + Ab & Core Strength Training exercises)
- The Ultimate 5 Day Walk Plan (5 BIG Miles & Strength Training)
You NEVER have to buy products to exercise ... FITNESS IS FREE my friends ... well now wait ... if I had to suggest one important item that you must invest in ... it's a good pair of fitness shoes! That's all you need to be fit for life! HOWEVER ... if you are like me ... I am much more MOTIVATED and get much better RESULTS when I add healthy tools like ... a DVD ... some dumbbells ... a stability ball .... I have 3 of those rolling around my house at all times ...I even join fitness clubs at certain times of the year ... it's fantastic that we have many great choices to be active ... but always remember ... the world is your health club ... you ALWAYS belong ... just GO WALK it!
