Weight Watchers Points and My Plan!

Good Morning SP Friends:
I am working on staying within my daily points at WW. My first two days on WW I went over my daily points and had to use a few of my weekly points. BUT not very many. I am determined to stay within the daily points today. I really want to lose this extra person in weight that I am carrying around on my body. I am tired all the time. I feel like most of my exhaustion is because it takes extra energy to carry this extra weight around.

I refuse to buy a single piece of clothing again until I am down at least ONE SIZE from where I am now. I am currently between a 16 - 18 depending on what it is that I am wearing. So when I can fit into a 14 - 16 comfortably rather than a 16 tight and an 18 loose, I will not purchase any clothing. Even then I will only get the minimum needed to look nice for work and to be comfortable. I will donate the larger sizes at that time. And then I will go again...no clothes until I get to a 12 - 14! It is the only way I feel I can motivate myself at this time. To be in a size 12 again would be amazing. To think that I used to wear a 3 just floors me. I have not dreams of getting into a 3 again because I was too thin then and ill with an eating disorder, but I do want to get into a 7/8. That is a long ways away but not impossible. I just need to work this WW until it begins to work.

I also plan to work the food part of this for the first two weeks until I get used to portions and food types that are good choices. Then I am going to try to add ONE exercise a day for two weeks until I get used to that. Then I will add another for two weeks. I am trying not to overwhelm myself with too much all at once. I need to be consistent and determined.

So have a plan and work that plan!

    Good plan!! Try lots of veggie for extra food but "free" points! You can do it!! emoticon
