How would I know?

So today's spark coach blog topic for me is how would I know if my body is healthy if "weight" didn't exist. For an overweight girl, I have surprisingly low blood pressure (it's always been on the low end of normal, sometimes slightly below) so thank God for that. I would say that I would know by a lot of things: body confidence, the plantar's fasciitis in my feet being gone from not carrying around so much fat, my back problems would be seriously reduced, an increase of energy, lack of dependance on coffee, and greater mental acuteness would all be signs for me. All something to work towards.
