After the wedding, it all came rushing back. The weight that is.
By May of 2014, not even a full year after we married, I was back at 260 lbs.
I was ashamed, but I knew I had to do something.
I started eating a ketogenic diet. I was strong on it. Dylan joined me after a month.
Fast forward to today, I'm down 45 lbs. He is down 54 lbs. I'm able to jog for 15 minutes straight now thanks to a 5k program. I got Runtastic Gold (notorious for over estimating calories, BTW). I track my food on MyFitnessPal, but I miss the support I had here.
Current weight: 215
Goal weight: 210 (I take my goals 10 lbs at a time now; Less daunting that way)
Will I keep blogging on SparkPeople? I'm not sure, but I feel like I have to post something.
