Weigh in and doing a happy happy dance!!

I just weighed in for the week...first time I had a chance since I visited my doctor and was weighed at her office...I know i saw 254.5 there...but had a hard time believing it..and I was out town until a bit ago and decided to step on my scales..the ones I have been using since I started back here the beginning of January and I weighed in at 254.6. One tenth of an once difference. I am very pleased. Especially since my BMI is 39.83 and no issues with my surgery going forward on the 9th of March for my right hip replacement. It is almost impossible to believe that I really weigh under 300...let along under 255. Blessed beyond measure by sticking with my food plan and not worrying about not being able to exercise. Just taking in less calories than I burn by just living works in the weight loss.

And it breaks down like this---I have lost 180.4 pounds from my very highest weight, 90.4 pounds since I joined SP in April 2007, and 20.4 pounds since January 1, 2015. Totally mind boggling for me. I never thought I would EVER get under 300. And to think under 200 is something that I see in the horizon. Over the long haul...
