Why I Keep Track of My Weight.

I keep track of my weight because:-
It's one of the easiest ways to get the results of this crazy experiment of 'eat this, not that' that I am conducting on myself.
It's one of the quickest ways to keep me or get me back on track in terms of eating healthily.
It's the socially accepted norm. Everyone uses it as a measure. The doctor, the nutritionist, the body builder, the model, the wrestler....... Need I go on?
It keeps me motivated and determined to stay on this rocky road to a healthier and fit me.
It really helps me to end my spiral of Binge/Emotional/Overeating when I go down that dark depressing path.
After saying all of that, I also keep track of my inches, strength, speed and fitness.
But it always comes back to that number on the scale.
I say it again. It's psychological!
