Good Evening Walkers! PLANNING really works to keep us all on track! Here's another 7 Day Walk Plan to keep February ACTIVE!

-Thurs. Feb. 12 - 3 Mile Walk (or do a 45 minute walk)
-Fri. Feb. 13 - Strength Training (do Arms, Legs, Abs)
-Sat. Feb 14 - HAPPY LOVE DAY Walkers! 2 Mile Walk ...
(or 30 minute walk)
-Sun. Feb. 15 - REST & RESTORE!
-Mon. Feb. 16 - 2 Mile Walk & Strength Train Core!
(or 30 minute walk)
-Tues. Feb. 17 - 4 Mile Walk (or 60 minute walk)
-Wed. Feb. 18 - Strength Training (Arms, Legs, Abs!)

***Suggestions for DVDs:
-Walk It Off in 30 Days DVD has a 30 minute session for 2 Mile Walks and it has a full body Strength Training session for Arms, Legs, Abs!
-Walk to the Hits DVDs are FUN for the 3 Mile days!
-4 Mile Power Walk DVD can be done in 2 sessions - try 2 Miles in the morning and 2 Miles in the evening!
