Food demons

Do you ever wake up at night and just cannot go back to sleep and eat something? Last night I was having this problem and just tossed and turned in bed. I moved to my very comfy big butt recliner in the living room to try and sleep. I finally gave in to a cookie and was able to sleep. I got on the scale this morning and still had a loss for the week. I work hard to not snack in the evenings to not disrupt a great daily effort?

    Hummus on rye crackers works for me. It's healthy and gets rid of the cravings. Hope you have a better nights sleep tonight my friend.
