Healthy eating mental and physical.

Last night I was finishing my day and walked into the kitchen to check on everything and I caught myself going for a snack. Told myself no. This was after a very successful day of treadmill and neighborhood walks of over 12000 steps. Staying on the spark way is so much mental as physical to be successful.
