Day 1- patience

Well i've started this year off by getting a gym membership and signing up with a trainer. I'm really excited about this.

First day at the gym.

my legs really hurt and for two days I was unable to really move. Well today i'm able to move and i'm so ready to get this day started. I really enjoy hiking and i'm looking forward to going hiking today. I'm going to go to the store and look at hiking gear to get more excited.

    emoticon emoticon You seem to have a plan and are getting the things you need to make it happen. When you are working out with your trainer, I found it helps to visualize that you are making your body stronger (cause you are).

    I find some tylenol helps with the soreness. I am glad you are excited. I am cheering you on. You can do this!
