Day 1- patience

Well i've started this year off by getting a gym membership and signing up with a trainer. I'm really excited about this.
First day at the gym.
my legs really hurt and for two days I was unable to really move. Well today i'm able to move and i'm so ready to get this day started. I really enjoy hiking and i'm looking forward to going hiking today. I'm going to go to the store and look at hiking gear to get more excited.
