arms and shoulder workout

So Today in Cheryl's class we focused on arms and shoulders and when we got half way done she said your arms and shoulders should feel big and powerful! I said mine don't, mine feel like burning jello! She said that's GREAT! What planet is she from? How is that feeling ever great? I could barely pick my water bottle up when it was all over with and shes saying hydrate for the 30th time! OMG! Of course I was feeling this way because she kept telling me I needed heavier weights. I used 5s she said no you should be using 8s for this exercise, I used 8s she said no you should be using 12s for this exercise, and when I used 12s for another exercise she said oh no you need 15s! There is a class of like 15 people, I don't see her telling them these things! I think she hates me lol!!!! I know she is only trying to help me but I still think she is trying to kill me. (in all fairness she does tell 3 or 4 others the same thing but 2 of them are guys!!!) Tomorrow I will be hurting so bad, I know it! Tuesday she will ask how sore I was and I will tell her and she will say that's awesome! She said half way through we were all going to have sexy arms, I said how bout we have sexy tummys and leave our arms alone? She laughed as usual, of course she tells you when you feel like crying in her class laugh instead! It really is the class you love to hate!
On another note alpha steppin was awesome tonight!!!!
