Walk Away the Pounds workout for Feb 5th - 11th from Leslie

And even if you woke up to THIS (BIG SNOW photo!)....like I did ....
you can still WALK WALK WALK! We are the "No Excuse" Walk! I didn't forget about our Walk Plan my walkers ... so yesterday was a 3 Mile assignment ... here are our (me too!) next 7 Days ...

Today - Thurs. Feb. 5 - Strength Exercise only (Upper, Lower, Core)
(If you'd like a DVD suggestion- Try Walk It Off in 30 Days - FIRM 30 Session - Firms & Tones every muscle from head to toes!)
Fri. Feb. 6 - 2 Miles! (Try The Big Burn DVD!)
Sat. Feb. 7 - 3 Miles! (Try The 5K with a Twist DVD)
Sun. Feb. 8 - REST ... RESTORE ... LOVE!
Mon. Feb. 9 - 2 Miles! (Try 2 Miles from Ultimate 5 Day Walk Plan)
Tues. Feb. 10 - 4 Miles! (Try 4 "Really Big" Miles -oldie but goodie!)
Wed. Feb. 11 - DAY OFF ... you will naturally be MORE ACTIVE because you are MORE FIT .... how about that for a healthy reward???

Have another HEALTHY week my friends ... and enjoy LOVE MONTH .... "Put a Little LOVE in your Heart" ... (yes, I am singing that too!!!) I saw Dr. Oz using that song this month ... but sorry Dr. O we had it first ... that song is in our 5 REALLY BIG Miles DVD ... lots of LOVE .... and SWEAT going on in that workout!
