Inconsistancy leads to bad lazy fat choices

Spent a few days traveling, then got sick and now begining of the month work becomes overwhelming, leaving no time to work out / too exhausted by the end of the day. Everytime that happens my eating habbits go to s#it! I really hope next week, when things calm down I can get back to working out and eating right.
I really need to do this, stop being lazy. Someday, just maybe, when I can't workout I won't let my eating habbits ruin my life.

    Get back on the horse friend...but kick it in the a$$ first for bucking you off!! We've all been there. You got this. Most of all by realizing what happened you're learning from your mistakes. Sometimes for me it takes several hard lessons before I outright learn and correct the problem. Also something I read the other day stuck with me. You don't have to get in 30-40 min of exercise everyday. Even 5-10 minutes if that's all you can spare is pushing you closer to your goal. It's not all or nothing. Good luck and keep that head up!! emoticon
